For over 10 years, Daniel has been at the forefront of property lending in Australia, settling over $1 billion in property-backed loans, showcasing a proficiency in navigating a wide range of lending scenarios and driving successful outcomes.

Having held senior management roles at CBA, NAB, GE Capital, and Prime Capital, May’s extensive experience spans all segments of property lending, from SMEs to large property institutions. Beyond her professional achievements, she has served on the Women in Banking & Finance’s (WIBF) SLC Committee and the Property Council of Australia’s NSW Capital Markets Committee, reflecting her dedication to advancing the financial services industry.

With over a decade of experience in business development, he specializes in solving broker problems—without the endless head-scratching that trips up newcomers in the industry.

Before joining Engine, Rex wore many hats, from scaling institutional and retail trading businesses to hosting financial seminars and contributing to top financial publications. Perry brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial drive and technical expertise to Engine Capital. After a 17-year career in the marine industry, where he served as a mechanical technician and director, he transitioned into finance to pursue his passion for solving problems and helping clients.
